As an Etsy hand-made shop, domestic shipping is free. Charges will apply only to items shipped out of the country.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order. I will do anything I can to assure you are happy with the product.

I gladly accept returns of unused products for exchange to a different wood or style.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

If there is nothing I can do to address your concerns I offer a full refund upon return.
